If I ever need anything plumbing related, Modern Plumbing Industries is the only company I trust. They are a courteous, fast, and honest team of high quality professional people. We have had multiple issues with a cheap Glacier Bay toilet for a while and finally decided to get it replaced. Freddy advised on a Gerber Avalanche toilet as a replacement due to their quality and longevity. He quickly scheduled this with me and just a few days later, we have a beautiful upgrade to our bathroom. Freddy was very professional, hard working, and did the job right. Thanks so much and I will be a lifelong customer to this awesome company.

Update: I'm adding to my original review. I ended up having to get a full re-pipe several months ago at my house, and I just wanted to add that the plumbers/technicians did a great job. The work was done by Zach, Tyler, Tristan and Issac. Johnny came by to make some modifications afterwards and the drywall was completed by Aron. So far everything has been going well, and I'm very pleased. Everyone at the office was also helpful with answering questions. Their supervisor (I'm sorry can't remember his name), it might have been Taylor. He came by for a site survey prior to starting the job, and was very nice and professional as well. Thanks again I had to get the shut off valve behind my toilet replaced, as well as a pipe behind my washer, and their technician Kurtis did an amazing job. He was very neat, professional, and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing and would hire them again if needed. Thank you

It is my pleasure to share my positive experience with Modern Plumbing Industries' emergency service. A broken outdoor faucet led to a cracked pipe and water leaking inside my home, forcing me to shut off the water at the well on a Saturday night. After three other companies couldn't send a technician until the next morning, I contacted Modern Plumbing. Their representative was reassuring and helpful, confirming they could address the issue that evening. Following contact with a representative, a plumbing technician, Tyler, promptly contacted me and arrived within 20 minutes to address a leaking pipe and a broken faucet. Tyler expertly repaired the faucet and replaced the damaged pipe, completing the work efficiently and effectively. My experience with Modern Plumbing Industries was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services, especially their readily available emergency services. I will certainly utilize their services again for any future plumbing needs.

Over the weekend we had an issue with a pipe in the front yard. They were quick to answer and very quick to respond. Tyler was our technician and he was superb in every way. His personality, explanations, and professionalism make you remember what excellent care and service used to be and are supposed to be. He took care of our issue without much fuss and even went above and beyond. We happily and proudly recommend this company and even more so working with Tyler.

We happened to meet some people from Modern Plumbing at a music festival in Winter Springs. They were extremely nice, conversational and informative. We've since hired Modern twice. They arrive in clean trucks, the plumbers are dressed well, introduce themselves, are friendly and know their stuff. The work both times has been of excellent quality, at a fair price. We felt confident in the repairs. We won't hesitate to make Modern our first call in the future.

We were able to have our appointment done earlier than scheduled, because the technician was available earlier. Thomas and Robert were very understanding when I mentioned that we had a couple of other issues that I hadn't put into the initial request. It was a very fair price for what ended up being several hours of work, and they were always courteous throughout the entire service call.

Great service today on my shower handle problem. Billy was great and did an excellent job I could tell he was a great plumber just like the rest of the crew I have dealt with there. Also Billy was right on time to the minute. I always appreciate that. I like modern plumbing a lot and I also use them for my commercial properties downtown. Thanks again.
